The "Intilaqah" program, launched by Hayel Saeed Anam & Co. (HSA Group), is an initiative dedicated to supporting and empowering young Yemeni talent as they transition into the workforce. This promotional video outlines the structure of the comprehensive two-year training program, highlighting its four diverse professional tracks. Each track offers six months of hands-on, specialized training in real work environments, designed to equip fresh graduates with the skills and confidence needed to build a successful career.

My Approach
To visually represent growth, education, and professional transition, I utilized a dynamic mixed-media collage style. The animation blends bright, energetic background textures and bold typography with real-world photography of graduates and professional workspaces. The use of ripped paper transitions, animated office elements, and floating graduation caps adds a layer of engaging motion design. This combination ensures the video feels grounded and authentic to the students' real experiences while maintaining a highly motivational and modern corporate aesthetic.
