This informative motion graphics piece was created for Mwatana for Human Rights to introduce the Transitional Justice Forum. The forum is an open platform designed to bring together civil society organizations, experts, and victims to discuss post-conflict recovery in Yemen. The video highlights the forum's key pillars, including criminal accountability, reparations, truth and memory, institutional reform, and social justice.

My Approach
To tackle the serious and complex subject matter of human rights and transitional justice, I developed a textured, mixed-media collage style. This aesthetic, utilizing a grid background and torn-paper elements, evokes a sense of archiving, documentation, and historical reflection. The animation focuses on clear visual metaphors—such as assembling puzzle pieces to form a map of Yemen or opening a door to represent inclusive dialogue—to ensure the messaging remains accessible. By carefully choreographing these elements, I maintained a respectful, documentary-like tone suitable for an impactful NGO campaign.
