Yam Markets is an upcoming platform designed to bridge the gap between local producers of authentic goods—such as Yemeni coffee, honey, and fresh produce—and a wider network of buyers. This animated brand manifesto tells the story of that rich agricultural heritage and introduces the platform as the modern, missing link connecting traditional creators to local and global markets.

My Approach
To capture the authentic and organic nature of the products, I directed a vibrant, painterly visual style characterized by fluid, continuous transitions. The animation takes the viewer on a seamless journey, moving dynamically from the roots of the harvest directly into the hands of the consumer.

To optimize the creative workflow and bring this vision to life efficiently, I integrated AI tools into my pipeline. I utilized AI to conceptualize the initial storyboard, generate several of the core illustrative assets, and curate the sound effects. This hybrid workflow allowed me to focus my time on the complex motion design—crafting the smooth camera sweeps, engaging split-screen layouts, and the precise timing needed to make the manifesto emotionally resonant.
