This promotional animation was developed for the State of Qatar's Ministry of Justice to highlight the capabilities of the "Sakk" (صك) application. The video visually narrates the journey of digital transformation, illustrating the shift from time-consuming, paper-heavy bureaucratic processes to the modern convenience of e-government services. By showing the app being used seamlessly in various settings—from the bustling city to a boat and out in the desert—the campaign emphasizes that essential legal and real estate transactions are now accessible anywhere, at any time.


My Approach

To effectively communicate the modernization of these government services, I chose a warm, stylized 2D illustration aesthetic that honors Qatari culture while feeling highly contemporary. The visual narrative relies on stark contrasts and fluid transitions; for example, the chaotic flutter of official documents seamlessly morphs into the clean, organized digital interface of a smartphone. The color palette utilizes earthy desert tones and rich purples to maintain a premium, official feel, ensuring the final motion graphics piece is both engaging and culturally resonant for the target audience.
